VIP Boats are built in the small, northwest Louisiana town, Vivian, where
the marine dealer, Bill Parker, began manufacturing boats in 1968. Mr.
Parker created VIP because he couldn't find a boat on the market he would
recommend to the Very Important People he called friends. VIP's mission
from the very beginning was simply to build a better boat. That's the
