Again tuff fishing conditions!
One full limit weighed in by the winner's (5 fish Kevin Gabbert and Jason Whorley) for a total weight of 10 lb.
Big fish went to the local angler Alan Warhock at 3 lbs15 oz. Alan Warhock also won big fish with 3 LB 3 oz. Our small fish award stands with Blaine Chitwood over taking Jake Flornoid with a 0.43 oz fish.
At this time we are working on the award from Dicks Sporting Good's.
We had a total of 10 boat participating in the rainy event.

Local teen Blaine Chitwood wins Bay Roc weekly Bass Tournament.
Blaine had caught the winning fish in the last five minutes of the tournament to put him over the top.
The young competitor fishes this local tournament every week.
Sixteen year old Blaine had 4 fish with a total weight of 7LB 12 OZ to beet his closes competitors David Martin and Aron Kark with 4 fish weighing in at 7 LB 5 OZ. Big fish prive went to Jason Whorley and Kevin Gabbert.

Week 5. Father and son team Greg Reavis and Mitch Reavis winner's for week five of the Bay Roc Tournament. They weighed in the largest weight of the year with five fish 12LB 14OZ these guys also had a big fish 3LB 10 OZ.

We had two fish weighed in at over 4LB. David Beatty and son Sam won second place 11LB 15OZ and the big fish with 4LB 4OZ.
Third place goes to Jason Whorley and Keivin Gabbert with 8LB 15OZ and a big 4LB 4OZ bass.

Once again the hard work of Jason and Kevin has paid off! We had a close tournament four bags over 10 pounds were weighed. There was only 1 OZ dividing first and second place and 1 OZ between second and third. Big fish was 5LB 4OZ. Bill Wilson came so close to winning everything, he had a 5LB 1OZ pig. Way to go Bill! Thank to all of the fisherman for a great turnout and great sportsmanship. |

The cold weather really put the whammies on half of the field of 24 anglers. Only half of the competitors weighed in bass. However there were some guy's that found the fish. In the number one spot Gary Wilson and partner John Leitch weighing in with five fish 11 LB 13 OZ and the big fish for the tournament 3 LB 13 OZ. Coming in a close second David Martin and Partner Greg Peters with 11 LB 12 OZ. There was less than 1/2 OZ dividing 1st and 2nd place. Gary has fished all but one event at this time and has a 4.5 fish average per event. "Kudos" go to Gary and John! Keep up the great fishing. |

Low water conditions and rising water temperatures made for a tuff bite. There were three five fish limits weighed in. First place went to Byron Wright and David Wright with 11 LB 12 OZ these guys weighed in a huge Small mouth bass of 3LB 6OZ. Richard Agner fishing alone won second place and big fish with a total weight of 8LB 11OZ his big fish weighed in at a whopping 4LB. Nice going Richard! Thanks to all of the anglers for your positive attitudes at all of these events. |
