UNCOVERED WET SLIP – Boats Under 25’ $1535.00* Annually

UNCOVERED WET SLIP – Houseboats & 25’+ $1675.00* Annually

*Prices are for payment of yearly fee in advance.
Please add an additional $50.00 for quarterly or semi-annual billing.

DRY RACK STORAGE

Rates include 1 launch (in & out) weekly.
Each additional launch (in & out) will incur a $20.00 service charge.

DRY RACK STORAGE (In-Season April – Oct) $ 135.00 Per Month
 
DRY RACK STORAGE (Off-Season Nov – March) $ 82.00 Per Month
 
**If you do not commit to a yearly contract for Rack Storage and pay for the year
in advance, you will be billed for the higher rate during the “In-Season” months.
There will be a 3-Month minimum, with no month-to-month billing.
